If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or you have received the purchased product in damaged condition, we're here to help.
You have 7 (Seven) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (CONDITIONS APPLY: VALID ONLY FOR LIBRAMATTRESS PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE THROUGH www.libramattres.com for (STANDARD SIZES AND THICKNESSES ONLY).
To be eligible for a return,
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with guarantee card & any other tags attached to the product.
2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have decided to return the LibraMattress product received by you, please inform your decision to our Customer Care on email@example.com
The Customer care executive will advise you on properly packaging the product for return & also arrange for the courier person to collect the packed product from you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. In case the defect is found genuine, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) .. You will receive the credit within a certain amount within 15 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
